Cream slice
We have perfected the classic cream slice and many customers seek them out for the subtly sweetened cream, fruity jam layer and light puff pastry. These slices hold their shape extremely well and present very nicely on the shelf. Remember to turn them on their side to cut them!

Custard Slice
This is a great seller for us and we make them like we've always made them; light thin puff pastry, fresh cream vanilla custard, set firm so its good to handle and thick white fondant icing.

Finger doughnut
Always popular; our quick, float- fried doughnuts leave a light, clean taste. Jam and cream is always in demand but peaches and cream, plain custard and apple and custard are all flavours which work beautifully.

Chocolate Sponge
A light chocolate sponge filled with cream and a delicious soft milky chocolate custard.

Vanilla Sponge
A great starting point to create something really special or just a teatime treat on its own. We have made a spiced winter fruit version of the simple vanilla sponge as a seasonal variation and it is sensational.

Swiss Roll
This fresh cream swiss roll really is something special and a high-light of our tasting sessions. The softest sponge and little bursts of jam create a very pleasant squish in your mouth. We finish the roll with a dusting of sugar to make it look utterly enticing. We offer this in chocolate and lemon flavours.

Fresh Cream Scone
Better than you can make at home! Raisins, currants and sultanas are generously and evenly distributed and the scone mix has a lovely home-baked flavour. Filled with fresh whipped cream and a really fruity jam.

Cream Filled Muffins
We use a rich, dense sponge for these muffins and they are deep-filled with fresh whipped cream. Our Vanilla flavoured muffin contains a very fruity jam layered with freshly whipped cream. The Black Forest muffin uses a moist chocolate sponge with a cherry compote. These muffins are very successful with seasonal flavour variations and we have created an apple and blackberry and spiced winter fruit varieties with great results.

Fresh Cream, White Chocolate and Raspberry Bombe
This is a real table centrepiece. A light 3-layered sponge filled with whipped cream and jam on each of the layers, masked with an even covering of white chocolate curls. Delicious!
